Year 5 / 6 Girls' Football

Our Year 4/5/6 girls’ football team put in a fantastic performance at the recent Pembroke Park festival. The girls were outstanding in the group stage, winning four games and drawing one without conceding a single goal! They then battled hard in a closely fought final, narrowly losing 1–0.  Peggy from Hawks was exceptional on the day, scoring 7 goals overall in only 6 matches. We are incredibly proud of their teamwork, determination and sporting spirit – they truly did the school proud.
