Mrs Roderick's Cress Experiment

We sprinkled cress seeds on to cotton wool. We put one pot in a dark cupboard but watered it, one pot in the light but we didn’t water it at all and one pot had light and water. We watched the seeds start to grow. The pot with no water didn’t grow at all. The pot with no light grew really tall but were yellow and the last pot grew the best cress. What did we find out?
