The Great Fire of London!

The children have had a wonderful time this term learning all about the Great Fire of London. They thoroughly enjoyed sharing their learning with all the families who came into school this afternoon for the ‘Great Exhibition’.

They showcased their fantastic art work using a wax resist to create a fiery background. They also shared their green screen news reports on the fire using the interactive whiteboard.

It was wonderful to see so many models made at home, it was as if Pudding Lane had come to Downton Primary school!
